little harder. You need to understand what exercises will help you achieve your goals, specific to your abilities and personality. I offer a holistic approach, during our sessions we will talk about what you are eating, how you are feeling, what small improvements you can make to get you on track, real investment time for yourself.
My 'open' appointments are on Saturday mornings, then if you want, we can create a bespoke program for a set period of weeks at a suitable time.

One2one sessions are more of a financial outlay, but they are for a fixed period. Once you are ready, we can find group classes that may suit you or follow on with a monthly one2one maintenance programme.
I have kept some of my pilates and yoga online classes on this site - which you can purchase and watch anytime at home.
